Notice about the conversion of tokens that have been delisted

Hello Binancian,

Binance will carry out the conversion of KDA to USDC based on the amount of KDA you hold on Binance at 03:00:00 UTC on January 21, 2026. The conversion process will be completed, and an equivalent amount of USDC will be credited to your Binance account before 03:00:00 UTC on June 12, 2026.

Regarding the conversion process

The conversion will be executed based on the average exchange rate between KDA and USDC during the period from 03:00:00 UTC on January 21, 2026, to 03:00:00 UTC on June 12, 2026 (hereafter referred to as the "Conversion Period"). Please note that Binance will send a separate notification to all affected users when the KDA to USDC conversion is completed.

More detailed information regarding the average exchange rate during the transition period will also be provided in the announcement.

Note:

• You are receiving this email because you currently hold KDA in your Binance account.

• Depositing with KDA is no longer supported and will not be acknowledged.

• During the transition period, users will not be able to view their KDA balance in their Binance account.

• Converting KDA to USDC will not be available for users based in, established, set up, or residing in jurisdictions classified under Section (ii) of the list of prohibited countries as outlined in Binance's Terms of Use.

• This email may be translated into languages other than English. In case of any inconsistencies, ambiguities, or omissions, the English text of this email will take precedence.
