• Stop below ~$0.33

B) Breakout buy (after it rests)

• Price goes sideways near $0.40 for a few hours and RSI cools

• Then breaks and holds above $0.434

• Stop below the consolidation low

Right now it is doing neither. So the move is simple: WAIT. No chase long, no top short.
