According to the AMF website, 70 companies currently hold European approval, including French crypto startups Deblock and Bitstack, as well as the Credit Agricole subsidiary Caceis. However, the crypto giant Binance, registered in France since 2022, has still not received Mica.

These 90 crypto companies could very well seek approval elsewhere, then benefit from the "European passport" that allows them to operate all across Europe.
