Friends, Leverage is the most powerful tool, but it also liquidates the most accounts. I am not an expert, just a trader who has studied a lot to avoid losing the little I have. Avoid these 3 mistakes!
❌ Deadly Mistake #1: Not using Stop-Loss! Leverage gives you a MINIMUM margin of error. If you don’t set your Stop-Loss, you get liquidated in minutes. Your Stop-Loss is your life insurance.
❌ Deadly Mistake #2: Using more than 5X. If you are a beginner, 3x or 5x is the limit. A Leverage of 20x or 50x is designed to liquidate you if the market makes a small movement against you.
❌ Deadly Mistake #3: Leveraging out of Vengeance. If you lose a trade, do not use more Leverage to recover the loss. That is trading with emotion, and emotion always leads to ruin.
💡 My Advice (For those who really want to learn):
Learn to use OCO (One Cancels the Other) on Binance. It allows you to set your Stop-Loss and your Take-Profit at the same time. It is essential!
Remember the 1% Rule: Never risk more than 1% of your total capital on a single trade.
