Once any major platform scales up, it's tough to cover every base flawlessly; there are always optimization details to address—this is just part of the growth journey when scaling up.

I believe that judging whether a platform is reliable doesn't hinge on fear of mistakes. The critical factor is how they respond to problems, their attitude, response speed, and execution in making corrections.

After spending so much time together, many of us really appreciate Binance for one key point: they never shy away from challenges and don't take a passive approach. When users collectively raise issues, the official response is always quick and they adjust promptly.

Just like in this situation, not long after the issue arose, the lead @heyibinance stepped in to respond.

You can bet the team had an emergency meeting to handle this overnight.

They dare to face external doubts, acknowledge their shortcomings, and rectify issues promptly.

This style of dealing with issues and their efficient execution has always been Binance's hallmark, consistently placing user experience at the core.

On this point, I have plenty of firsthand experiences; Binance has indeed made an effort to cater more to regular users, sometimes at the expense of not paying as much attention to VIPs and KOLs.

When I first got into the scene, I had no followers or traffic, and when I encountered issues, I proactively sought advice from Yaya, who helped me out.

Later, as I started becoming a content creator, I increasingly realized the team's service intentions.

A couple of days ago, I had a long chat with Yaya @yayabinance, who, as always, was concerned about the user experience and actively inquired about my recent issues or those of my friends.

Have you encountered any issues using Binance? Any suggestions? How do you feel about the experience on the Binance US stock side? They collect our feedback and escalate it.

Kim Ge @moonkimbinance and Li Zi @pearbinance,

Their dedication has always left a deep impression on me; I remember their words: if you have any issues, just reach out to us directly, fans, or if you see anyone seeking help, feel free to @ us. I think that speaks volumes.

along with Sisi @sisibinance, Ying Ge @yingbinance, and others, always remain committed on the front lines of service.

Actually, it's not just these few partners who frequently interact with everyone; there are numerous staff members behind the scenes diligently working and contributing. Much of their work may not be visible, but everyone is earnestly serving the users.

This isn't the first time; Binance is willing to listen to user feedback and continuously improve products and services, and everyone can see that.

Remember the Binance Web3 wallet from a year ago? The overall experience wasn't great, and there were quite a few issues, leading to a lot of user complaints at that time.

But the official team has never neglected their responsibilities; the lead is personally following up, coordinating with the product team for thorough rectifications and optimizations.

It's precisely because they continuously gather user feedback and iterate that the experience with the Binance Web3 wallet has improved significantly, hasn’t it?

The various issues during the initial launch have all been addressed.

The criteria for judging a platform's quality is pretty straightforward:

Are the feedback channels open? Is someone following up on the issues raised? Can the exposed shortcomings be genuinely resolved?

For so many years, Binance has adhered to this principle: humbly accepting suggestions, acknowledging its own issues, reflecting timely, and optimizing quickly.

This recent customer service shortcoming is also an opportunity for the platform to identify gaps and upgrade itself.

Maybe we should give the team a bit more time to adjust; I'm sure after the optimizations, Binance will deliver a result that satisfies all users!

If you really can't resolve an issue with customer service, just reach out directly.

@yayabinance @moonkimbinance @pearbinance @sisibinance, if there's a huge issue that can't be resolved, you can reach out directly to the lead @heyibinance.
