I traded P2P on Binance with a merchant. In the first order worth 10 million VND, the transaction went smoothly. However, in the second order—also 10 million VND—the merchant did not transfer new money but sent back an old invoice to deceive me.

Fortunately, I was alert, did not unlock USDT and immediately filed a complaint. Then, the merchant canceled the order. If you are a newcomer, it is easy to fall into a trap in this situation.

Lesson learned: do not carry out multiple transactions of the same amount with the same merchant, as they may exploit old invoices to scam.
