According to Reuters, the U.S.-Iran framework agreement includes a proposed $300 billion private investment fund aimed at rebuilding and developing Iran’s economy. More than half of the fund is already said to be committed, with backing expected from companies across the U.S., Gulf states, Asia, South America, and Africa. The fund would only become active after a final deal is signed.
