The United States has purchased the entire output of a rare earth mine in Brazil until 2030, including what has been agreed upon with the EU
EU Commissioner for Industry:
"Last month, I planned to go to Brazil to discuss a rare earth mine. 3 days ago, we were informed that the Americans came, put money on the table, and bought the entire output until 2030."
