I kindly request a review of my Alpha account restriction.
I have only one Binance account and always follow the Binance Terms of Use and Alpha Event rules. During the PRL Alpha event, after completing around $32,000 in trading volume, my account was unexpectedly marked with an Alpha account restriction.
I have already submitted all the requested verification documents, including the deposit verification video, device information, and screenshots, to verify that I am the legitimate account owner.
I sincerely ask your team to review my case and, if possible, remove the restriction. I value Binance and hope to continue participating in Alpha events in full compliance with Binance's policies.
