The Minsk city executive committee recorded "improper advertising" on these resources, which served as the basis for the restrictions. The Ministry of Information confirmed that only the website owners can know the details of the violations, and access restoration is possible only after the violations are corrected and the legislation is complied with. Already in the evening of December 10, some users noticed the inability to access these platforms through local internet providers. However, by December 11, all exchanges remain accessible for entry and trading. The list of restricted resources does not include major exchanges like Binance and KuCoin. This measure has caused a wave of discussions among the crypto community, as the blockage limits trading and investment opportunities. It is important to remember that the situation may change, and restrictions may be lifted after the violations are corrected.
