Binance’s fiat payment partner Bifinity UAB has suspended Visa and Mastercard withdrawal services for Ukrainian users due to regulatory changes. Ukrainian users cannot currently withdraw fiat directly with these cards, and scheduled crypto purchases and fiat limit orders are paused. Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay remain available, with normal Swift transfers and P2P trading; Zen.com withdrawal services are expected to resume in January 2026.
