Hello!
I am a loyal Binance user. Today, during an asset transfer, due to operational oversight and a misunderstanding of the token protocol, a sum of funds failed to be credited to my account. I would appreciate your technical assistance.
Incident Details: I planned to withdraw USDC funds from my Bitget account to Binance to participate in Binance's recent USD1 investment project with extremely high annualized returns. I chose to transfer via the Base network and withdraw to my personal Binance Base Chain USDC deposit address.
However, after the transfer, I found that the funds had not arrived. Upon verification, I discovered that the token in my Bitget account was not standard native USDC, but rather abasUSDC under its platform-specific protocol. Although I used the Base Chain for the transfer, because the token contract is incompatible with Binance's standard USDC contract, this asset is currently in a "deposit not credited" state.
Background and Request: My personal funds are not large; this money represents my hard-earned savings from recent participation in Alpha projects and countless sleepless nights of research. It is extremely important to me. I sincerely apologize for the extra workload my mistake has caused your company, but I earnestly request that Binance's technical experts understand and assist in returning this abasUSDC to my Bitget wallet address (or the designated return address).
