🔥 Kazakhstan is in touch, here’s what I want to say:
😌 A 1-2 room apartment in KZ costs 50.000$ - it is a very good apartment with ready repairs, with an area from 70 to 120 sq/m
👌🏻 100.000$-250.000$ is elite real estate, the area of which exceeds 200 sq/m, but you don’t just want to buy an apartment and work again?
😉 100.000$ is 50.000.000 tenge, for this amount you can buy 2 good one-room apartments, each of which can be rented out for a month for 120-150.000 tenge, totaling 300.000 tg/month, or you can rent it out for days for 10.000 tenge, with a rough calculation that the apartment will not always be rented, we get 15x10.000=150.000 tg from 1 apartment, which is the same as renting it out for a month.
🤷🏻♂️ There are actually many options, the dollar 1$ in Kazakhstan costs ~ 500 tenge, and 500 tenge is: 1 energy drink or/1 liter of cola/bread + butter/any cereal 1 kg, but only one item to choose from. For example, 1 kilogram of chicken breast costs 2,700 tenge.
😄 Maybe it’s time to become a drop for buying housing for foreigners?
