In the context of Web3 becoming increasingly developed, the issue of decentralized, secure, and cost-optimized data storage is becoming extremely important. @Walrus 🦭/acc is a project that I find quite noteworthy as it focuses on addressing this "pain point". Walrus aims to build a highly scalable data storage infrastructure, suitable for blockchain applications, NFTs, AI, and many other Web3 use cases.
What I appreciate about Walrus is how they balance performance, security, and decentralization, rather than just chasing a single factor. This helps create a more sustainable ecosystem in the long run. If Walrus continues to develop according to the roadmap and attracts more integrated projects, then $WAL could very well become an important infrastructure token in the future of Web3.
