StaFi Chain has entered Foundation Mode!

Phase 1 of the migration is now complete, following the execution plan and community input.

A minimal node set will be maintained by the Foundation to:

1️⃣ Support essential operations

2️⃣ Preserve historical data

3️⃣ Provide reference during migration
