Well, we have already seen Venezuela and appreciated this unusual military operation, the myths of which have spread across the entire internet. One of my scenarios, which I wrote here, worked out clearly. It was a limited operation by US special forces that had a huge diplomatic impact, but due to the speed of achieving the goal and the thoughtfulness, it almost did not affect the world economy. So far, it has not affected it. In fact, we see a clear beginning of actions that are meant to show the world that the US has POWER and is ready to use it for its defense and to achieve its goals. For those who are not aware of the situation in Latin America, you should read my previous articles where I briefly discussed the problems of the region. And about China, which has increased its influence in Latin America and, as strange as it may sound, in Canada, but that is a separate story.
The next step, to my surprise, was the shadow oil fleet of Russia. I think this was a clear signal that the war in Ukraine needs to be concluded and that prolonging it will have direct consequences. This is the first time since the beginning of the war that there have been direct actions by the USA against the Russian fleet, and as we can see, the USA is not afraid of anything.
Next was the noise around Greenland, but it has been left for later. There will definitely be something there, but only after the developments in Iran.
Now regarding Iran... President Trump has repeatedly given the current Iranian leadership a choice, either a nuclear deal or they will be destroyed. All agreements have been rejected, the nuclear program, judging by the activity of the Prime Minister of Israel, has not been halted and has been rapidly restarted. In my opinion, a strike is inevitable and it will not be limited. Recent negotiations between the USA and Israel have made it clear that this time everything must be destroyed, and the regime in the country must be overthrown. I won't venture to guess when the attack will begin, but it is inevitable.
Consequences
Well, the consequences now will be for the whole world, although, in my opinion, they will be short-lived. Oil prices will rise, as any conflict in the Middle East immediately reflects on oil prices. Oil will have a sharp increase, which means gold and some cryptocurrencies will too. This is where we will make money, and I think it will be very easy money.
Although this is, of course, not the main consequence that I expect. In my opinion, this is a direct blow not so much to Iran as to China and Russia. After the change of power, a rather strong alliance will be destroyed, which poses a direct threat to the world order, and thus to the USA. Threats in the Middle East provoke NATO and especially the USA to maintain huge forces in the region. After the threat is eliminated, a large part of these forces will be redeployed to other regions, but that is a separate story that needs to be considered separately and in more detail.
