Everyone says holding spot is easier than futures, but for me, in the photo is my futures account over the past year since I just started trading. A year ago, I only had spot, my account was split 3 ways and 4 ways because I invested in several altcoins, and I couldn't get back to the shore. After increasing by 30%, it dropped another 100% next. I decided to cut my losses. From $6,600 I was left with over $900. And then this month the futures kept going, I burned 4 orders and that's it. Currently, I have over 300u in spot. I guess I'll keep the app closed for the day. Living under pressure but in the end, I still lost everything.
