I went to a P2P merchant to sell my $USDT . The buyer showed me that he had sent the money to my EasyPaisa account. I immediately checked my app, and the amount was showing there, so I released the USDT.
But 10 minutes later, when I opened my EasyPaisa again, the money was reversed.
I was completely shocked. I didn’t even know this was possible.
My conclusion and lesson learned: Whenever you receive money from a P2P merchant, instantly transfer the amount to another bank account before releasing crypto. This can help protect you from reversal scams and fake transfers.
