so first off binance p2p is basically like a marketplace where u trade directly with other people but binance acts as the middleman or escrow to make sure no one runs away with ur cash when u buy crypto binance locks the sellers coins in a vault until they confirm u actually sent the money so its way safer than just sending money to some random person u met on fb or telegram honestly 🤝🔒
if ur looking to buy usdt or btc the first thing u gotta check is the merchant profile dont just go for the cheapest price thats a rookie mistake always look for the verified badge aka that lil yellow checkmark bc those guys have been vetted by binance check their completion rate too if its below 95% just skip them fr u want someone who is fast and reliable also look at how many orders theyve done in the last 30 days more orders usually means they know what they are doing and wont make things complicated for u ⭐️✅
when u actually start the trade and the order opens u will see the sellers payment info like their kpay or ayapay name and number here is the golden rule always make sure the name on their binance account matches the name on the bank account u are sending to if they ask u to send to a different name just cancel it immediately bc thats how third party scams happen also never ever mention words like crypto or binance in the payment note just leave it blank or put something like for food lol keep it lowkey so the banks dont flag ur account ⚠️
once u send the money take a screenshot and send it in the chat then hit the transferred notify seller button immediately so the timer stops and they know u paid then just wait for them to release the coins to ur wallet easy right just dont forget to hit that button or the order will cancel and u might have a hard time getting ur money back 📸📩
selling is pretty much the same but in reverse u wait for the buyer to send money to ur kpay first check ur actual bank app to confirm the balance changed dont just trust the sms notification bc people can faking those pretty easily nowadays only when u see the money in ur app u hit the payment received button to release the coins if u release before getting paid there is no way to get ur crypto back so be super careful about that part 🙅‍♀️
