The ceiling for what you can grow or craft at low skill levels is filled by every new player who enters. Higher-tier resource scarcity is real but requires skill levels, land access, or guild coordination that takes significant time to develop.
The result is a crafting economy where the items you can make at entry and intermediate levels face severe competition on the marketplace, and the items that command real margins require investment in progression that the free-to-play promise doesn't immediately provision.
Items You Cannot Sell
This is the part nobody in the promotional materials explains clearly.
Not all crafted items are marketplace-tradeable. Some items are designed as pure Coin sinks: you spend Coins to craft them, you use them in further gameplay, they don't re-enter the economy. This creates real scarcity. It also creates real frustration for the player who planned a crafting session and arrives to find all the relevant nodes cleared by early risers.
The Crafting Loop's Honest Assessment
