What's the difference between V-shape and U-shape recovery

1st. Both of them happen after a BIG liquidation event as we had 2 days ago

🟢U- shape. Price creates a range for several weeks. During that time best trades at at Value area borders.

🟢V - shape. After big liquidation price creates additional consolidation at low and break-up Value. The big move happens after it.
