Non sto scrivendo questo per impressionare nessuno. Lo sto scrivendo perché ero confuso io stesso. Per anni le persone mi hanno detto che l'oro è sicurezza. Poi all'improvviso tutti hanno cominciato a dire che Bitcoin è il futuro. A un certo punto mi sono reso conto che ascoltavo troppo e imparavo troppo poco.

The moment Bitcoin dropped back near 68k the same question returned everywhere. Is this just another dip or the start of something deeper. I have seen this moment repeat many times at different prices. The numbers change but the confusion never does.
This chart makes people nervous for a reason. Every major cycle had a sharp drop after strong expansion. Some were deep. Some were brutal. And each time the crowd thought this one would be different.

Right now people are split into two extreme camps. One side is calling for 40k again. The other side is still dreaming of 80k continuation. The truth usually lives in the uncomfortable middle where neither side feels confident.

What matters more than predictions is structure. When I look at Bitcoin here I do not see collapse. I see stress. And stress does not always mean trend reversal.

There is a zone that keeps getting ignored in most emotional posts. The 62k to 57k area. This zone is not random. It is where buyers previously defended aggressively. It is also where long term participants stepped in before price expanded again.

Could price dip into this zone. Yes. Would that automatically mean bearish disaster. Not necessarily. Markets often test strong support before deciding direction. This is where patience gets tested and emotions get drained.
People forget that Bitcoin does not move to satisfy opinions. It moves to rebalance positioning. When everyone leans one way the market leans the other to create discomfort.
Another mistake traders make here is zooming in too much. Short term candles feel loud. Long term structure feels quiet. When fear rises it is usually because focus shrinks.

If Bitcoin was truly weak this drop would not cause so much debate. Real breakdowns feel silent not emotional. Right now timelines are loud. Everyone has a scenario. That itself is information.
About 80k. About 40k. Both are possibilities one day. But forcing certainty right now is how traders lose clarity. The market has not confirmed either path yet.

For me this phase is not about predicting. It is about positioning mindset. Reducing overexposure. Staying flexible. Letting the market show direction instead of demanding it.
Bitcoin does not reward speed here. It rewards patience and risk control. Whether price bounces from support or breaks lower the traders who survive are the ones who did not bet everything on a single outcome.

This is not the phase to be a hero. It is the phase to be calm.

I have been hearing the word altseason nonstop since 2023. Every few months the same hope returns. This time it will start. This time everything will recover. Behind this hope there is something heavier that most people do not say openly. Portfolios that are deeply red. Some down 70 percent. Some 90 percent. Some even worse.

I know this feeling personally. Checking prices every day and seeing nothing change. Watching Bitcoin move while altcoins barely breathe. At some point you stop being excited and start feeling tired. Not because you lost faith in crypto but because waiting without progress drains you.

When you look at history calmly one thing becomes clear. Altseason never arrives on hope. It arrives after long boredom. After people stop talking about it. Most traders expect a fast recovery. History shows slow compression instead. That gap between expectation and reality is where frustration is born.
Many people ask me one honest question. Can losses like this still be covered. The truth is not simple yes or no. Losses are not magically recovered by time alone. Time only helps if behavior changes. Without adjustment time just passes while capital stays stuck.
Another dangerous habit during long waiting periods is freezing completely. People stop making decisions because they fear making the wrong one. They hold every position exactly the same and call it patience. In reality it is often fear wearing a calm mask.

2026 finally helped me was accepting that waiting for one big altseason candle is not a plan. Real recovery usually happens in pieces. Small improvements. Better averages. Reduced emotional stress. This is not exciting content but it is honest.

Altseason may come later. It may come sooner. Nobody knows. What I do know is that portfolios recover faster when traders stop outsourcing hope to the future and start managing the present.

You do not need to recover everything in one move. You need to survive. You need to stay flexible. You need to keep your mind clear while others burn theirs waiting for a perfect moment.
If your portfolio is deeply red you are not weak. You are early in a lesson many traders eventually learn. Markets do not reward patience alone. They reward patience combined with adjustment.
Altseason will not save everyone. Only those who are still standing when it arrives.
