DuskTrade: Un punto di riferimento per la tokenizzazione degli RWA
Nel 2026, il lancio di DuskTrade segnerà il passaggio del settore RWA dalla teoria all'implementazione nel mondo reale.
La piattaforma è sviluppata congiuntamente da Dusk e NPEX, uno scambio regolamentato nei Paesi Bassi, che detiene diverse licenze UE, tra cui MTF, Broker ed ECSP, garantendo una conformità impeccabile.
DuskTrade tokenizzerà oltre 300 milioni di euro in titoli tradizionali sulla blockchain, offrendo agli investitori qualificati un canale di scambio sicuro, trasparente ed efficiente. Sfruttando l'architettura di privacy di livello 1 di Dusk, tutte le transazioni prevedono di default la protezione delle informazioni commerciali sensibili, consentendo la divulgazione selettiva quando applicabili i requisiti regolamentari.
