BTC is still holding the October wick level.
It has tried several times to break above 105K, but hasn’t been able to flip it into support.
Once again, BTC is testing the same area repeatedly, which is not a good sign.
The sooner it can break out of this range, the better — otherwise, be prepared for possible downside.
The shutdown news gave some relief, but not as much as expected.
So if you’re planning a trade, your stop-loss should be based on the daily closing — if BTC moves below the October 10 wick, that’s where your stop-loss should be for swing setups.
Right now, short positions aren’t ideal, considering the risk–reward ratio — swing longs look better at this stage.
So far, September hasn’t given us much from BTC, but let’s hope for the best.
BTC should give some relief, but the more it keeps testing this area, the riskier it becomes.
I won’t mention the downside target, or you might get scared 😂
