Australia's crypto travel rule is set to come into force on Wednesday and will add information requirements to all transfers on locally regulated exchanges. From July, users must provide details including the counterparty name and platform name. Transfers to self-custodial addresses will require users to verify and declare wallet ownership. AUSTRAC will enforce the rule, which has no minimum value threshold.
