I've noticed that behind the closed curtains in Washington things are happening while we're focusing on US and Israel v/s Iran.
It has been noted that:
(1) the world's financial system is changing amid both the Genius Act and Clarity Act.
(2) Institutions are silently buying Cardano and Dogecoin.
(3)the uploading and discounting rate of both $ADA and $DOGE is almost the same as that of XRP and Bitcoin.
If that's so, then it means that ADA and Dogecoin are becoming stablecoins!

On the other hand, $XRP CEO Garlinghouse believes a piece of legislation in a form of Clarity Act is necessary to regulate the crypto world.
The argument or approach of the two crypto tycoons is likely to affect decision making. They want crypto adoption but they differ in methods.
Don't ask me which method is best as long as you are on Binance, that's what matters the most!
