@OpenLedger is here to change all our fates, SIR!
Imagine, sir. I've written thousands of exciting articles! I've also diligently uploaded hundreds of datasets. The result? They're being used by giant tech companies around the world!
They rake in billions in profit. Passively. Me? I don't get anything at all... It's ironic...
I see the AI market exploding right now! Global spending is projected to surpass $375 billion.
Models like GPT, Gemini, and Claude are getting smarter. But, where does all this training data come from??? The answer is frustrating, sir: it's taken for free from our data!
I never knew whose data was being used. Because when they look for data... I wasn't involved, sir. So different from $OPEN .

I noted that openLedger started as a Layer 1 blockchain. Born in 2023 in San Francisco. The team @OpenLedger successfully raised $8 million in seed funding!!!! The investors are giants, including founders of Polygon and Coinbase. Their technology is based on EVM-compatible OP Stack rollup.
The mainnet officially launched back in November 2025.
The first innovation I encountered is called Datanets. Datanets works similarly to the concept of a 'data DAO', sir. Anyone can freely deposit quality data there!
Validators come from the community. Their job? To check the validity of every piece of data. Data is securely and transparently stored on the blockchain.
Another innovation is their use of proof of Attribution. This system records data traces cryptographically on-chain. If my data is useful, I definitely get rewarded!
Money flows every time my data is used. Usually for references, sir. The mechanism is mathematical, specifically designed to calculate data impact proportions. Even the most specific contributions can be accurately tracked! Who pays for the contributions??? The answer: their AI, sir. This $OPEN has an AI agent named Octoclaw. This AI actively pays back its contributors!!!
The economic scheme is embedded directly in the network infrastructure. ModelFactory helps developers train AI. It's straightforward. OpenLoRA makes costs much cheaper. An equitable economic cycle, sir. OPEN continues to rotate this automatically.
I see @OpenLedger is not alone in building the ecosystem.
They are collaborating. Story Protocol handles the licensing. Integrating with Theoriq to bring AI agents to DeFi! Partnering with Trust Wallet to expand access to millions of users, sir. MARBLEX is also reportedly investing here! That's a major gaming company.
Right now, AI is indeed controlled by giant corporations. OpenAI, Google, and Meta monopolize global profits. Decentralized AI like Open returns ownership rights to creators. Contributor data is fairly valued through an open system. Decentralization. No more data theft. Future AI models... must be fully auditable. AI companies also need to protect user privacy and data. That's why decentralized AI concepts like $OPEN could be a promising system for now. Later. Even for the long haul.
