币安前短时间上了美股交易，怎么又上了个好像也是美股的bStocks？
这俩到底啥区别，为什么上了美股之后还要再上这个。
其实这俩是一回事的两种拿法，讲清楚就明白了。
上次美股上线的时候讲过，你在币安买美股，背后是持牌券商 Alpaca，股票由它合规代持，记在你名下，跟你在传统券商买股票差不多，就只购买入口在币安App。
bStocks 是在这个基础上多给了一种形态。你可以把买到的美股按 1:1 转成 BNB Chain 上的代币，底层对应的依旧说那只真股票，只是外壳从"券商账户里的持仓"变成了"链上代币"。1:1 转换，没有转换费。
那为什么有了美股还需要再上 bStocks？因为换成链上形态之后，这只股票能干的事就变得多了，而这些是待在券商账户里做不到的：
1、比如bStocks 可以放进支持的 BNB Chain 钱包，传统股市有开盘收盘，bStocks 支持 7×24 现货交易。
2、还有bStocks 能接受支持的 DeFi 应用和生态，股票这个资产可以参与到更多链上玩法里，这是普通股票持仓没有的。比如持有美股有分红，那么这就是一个生息资产，在DeFi里面就可以作为一个底层资产了，质押借贷什么的各种玩法都会出现。
另外有人可能会担心，搞成代币是不是就不是真股票了。其实不是，每个 bStock 都由对应美股 1:1 撑着，底层真股票放在受监管的托管机构那里，抵押情况能在币安的 Proof of Collateral 页面公开查到。底层股票该有的经济利益你照样享有，股息也会自动帮你处理。所以它就是真股票换了个能上链的壳，所有权权益没动。
简单说，美股交易解决的是"能不能在币安买到真美股"，bStocks 解决的是"买到之后能不能更灵活地拿着和用"。
