ATTENTION TERRA HOLDERS: Official Crypto Loss Claims Portal is Now Open – Act Before the Deadline!

The collapse of TerraUSD (UST) and LUNA shook the crypto world. Today, there’s finally a structured path forward for affected users.

Terraform Labs Pte. Ltd. and Terraform Labs Limited have officially launched the Crypto Loss Claims Portal, allowing users to file for potential compensation related to the events that led to their financial losses during the Terra ecosystem meltdown. As part of the estate wind-down process following Terraform Labs' bankruptcy filing, affected users can now submit claims for eligible losses through a dedicated platform.

Submission Deadline: April 30, 2025, 11:59 p.m. ET

The online portal, administered by Kroll Restructuring, will guide claimants through the submission process. To be eligible, you must have incurred losses in one or more of the cryptocurrencies listed in Schedule I – Eligible Loss Cryptocurrencies, which will be available on restructuring.ra.kroll.com/Terraform starting March 31.

Here’s how to file:

Register and log in to the Online Portal.

Verify ownership of your holdings via on-chain signature (no fee required), or use Preferred Evidence like read-only API keys from exchanges.

Fill out the Crypto Loss Claim Form, detailing purchases, sales, swaps, and staking activities.

Upload supporting documentation if needed (Note: Manual Evidence may delay or disqualify your claim).

Submit your claim before the deadline.

Claims will be reviewed within 90 days, and creditors will be notified of their status. If accepted, you’ll be eligible for disbursements on a pro rata basis.
