Ritu Porna Chakma and Shamsunnahar Jr netted a brace each, while Sapna Rani, Monika Chakma, and Tohura Khatun added one apiece, as Bangladesh stormed to a seven-goal lead by halftime.
Sapna opened the scoring in the fourth minute with a long-range strike before Shamsunnahar Jr doubled the lead from a goal-mouth scramble just two minutes later.
Shamsunnahar Jr struck again in the 13th minute, converting a cross, while Monika smashed one in three minutes after.
Ritu extended the lead within a minute as Turkmenistan goalkeeper Amanberdiyeva Aysha failed to grip her 25-yard shot, allowing the ball to slip through her hands.
Tohura joined the scoresheet by meeting a cross from Ritu, as Bangladesh netted six goals within the first 20 minutes.
Ritu struck again in the 40th minute with her magical left foot from just outside the corner of the box.
Head coach Peter Butler made several changes at the break, including substituting Ritu, one of the standout performers of the campaign.
Neither side managed to create notable chances in the second half, except for a long-range free-kick by Afeida Khandaker, which was punched away by the Turkmenistan keeper during stoppage time.
Bangladesh began their campaign with another 7-0 win, against Bahrain, before defeating hosts Myanmar 2-1 to secure a historic maiden Asian Cup qualification with a game in hand.
In the other match of the group on the same day, Myanmar thrashed Bahrain 6-0.
The Bengal Tigresses topped Group C with a perfect nine points from three matches.
Bangladesh now await the draw for the AFC Asian Cup, which will be held in Australia next year.
