What is Fibonacci Retracement?

Fibonacci Retracement is a technical tool used to find possible pullback levels where price may reverse and continue its trend.

Markets do not move in straight lines.
They move like waves:

Fibonacci helps traders identify where that pullback might stop.

These are the most used retracement levels:

0.236 → very shallow pullback

0.382 → normal correction

0.5 → strong reaction zone
