On the 4h, price is holding above the 200MA and clawing around the 30MA after the unwind. On the 15m, buyers keep defending the 0.0290–0.0300 zone and pressing back into short-term resistance. Add the fact that BIO still has a Binance perp and the DeSci/AI-biotech narrative is still alive, and this looks more like stealth accumulation than distribution.
