📈 Trading GAINERS (Uptrend)
Pros:
• Momentum is already confirmed
• Buyers are in control
• Easier for breakout or pullback trades
Cons:
• Late entries get punished
• FOMO risk is high
• Pullbacks can be sharp
👉 Best for:
Momentum traders
Scalpers
Traders who respect stop-loss
📉 Trading LOSERS (Cheap)
Pros:
• Better risk–reward if reversal works
• Less FOMO
• Small bounce can give decent % gain
Cons:
• “Cheap” can always get cheaper
• No trend = no edge
• Dead cat bounces trap many traders
👉 Best for:
Mean-reversion traders
Very patient entries
Tight risk control

But the worst choice is:
