Picture a digital forge where autonomous AI agents don’t just compute—they negotiate, collaborate, and exchange value in stablecoins. That is the vision Kite is building: a blockchain designed specifically for AI agents to operate independently, form alliances, and generate real economic output without human micromanagement. As AI increasingly drives trading, logistics, and decision-making, Kite provides the secure on-chain foundation that allows these agents to work together with trust and efficiency.

Kite is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 network built for high-frequency, AI-driven activity. Developers can deploy using familiar Ethereum tools while benefiting from upgrades such as ultra-fast state channels capable of processing thousands of micropayments in under 100 milliseconds. The network is secured by Proof of Attributed Intelligence, a consensus model that rewards validators not only for maintaining security but also for contributing to AI progress, including dataset creation and model optimization. The Ozone Testnet has already processed over 1.7 billion agent actions, with daily activity exceeding one million, all while keeping fees below a fraction of a cent.

Security and control on Kite are structured through a three-layer identity system. Users retain master keys and issue cryptographic “passports” to their AI agents, defining precise permissions such as spending limits, alliance formation, or task scope. For each task, agents generate temporary session keys that automatically expire, reducing long-term risk. Governance is fully programmable, allowing users to dynamically adjust rules based on performance or detected anomalies. Every action is immutably recorded on-chain, creating verifiable accountability for autonomous behavior.

Collaboration between agents is driven by Agent-Oriented Planning, where complex tasks are broken down and executed by specialized agents working as a coordinated group. Reputation builds with each successful execution, unlocking access to more advanced tasks. In real-world use cases like logistics, predictive agents can coordinate with warehouse and payment agents, lock stablecoins such as USDC, and finalize settlements instantly once conditions are met—dramatically reducing delays and inefficiencies. Over 100 specialized modules, ranging from continuous payments to royalty distribution, are scheduled to roll out by the end of 2025.

Stablecoins form the backbone of Kite’s economic layer. Assets like USDC move natively across the network, with most activity handled off-chain and only critical data settled on-chain to keep costs minimal. The x402 protocol enables advanced payment logic such as conditional payouts and multi-party revenue splits, while recent zero-knowledge integrations enhance privacy. This allows developers to build autonomous marketplaces where AI agents can negotiate, deliver services, and settle value seamlessly.

The $KITE token powers the ecosystem with a capped supply of 10 billion. It is required for participation in guilds, liquidity provision, and module development, with over 17.8 million agent passports already issued. Following mainnet launch, staking will allow validators to secure the network and earn rewards, while governance participation and AI-generated yields flow back into the token economy. Nearly half of the total supply is allocated to the community, aligning incentives between builders, validators, and long-term participants.

Momentum accelerated in December 2025 with the release of Kite’s whitepaper and a developer meetup in Chiang Mai that sparked new collaborations. The token is trading around $0.088 on Binance amid strong early activity and growing institutional interest. As autonomous AI agents begin shaping new economic models, Kite positions itself as the infrastructure that makes this future practical, secure, and scalable.
