Shimao Group (0813) said the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has completed its investigation into Shanghai Shimao and determined there were violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, according to Ming Pao.
The company said the regulator intends to impose penalties on the relevant parties.
