We launched Backed today.
Not as “another Web3 product” — but as a missing layer in how Web3 should work.
After building in public and working closely with small creators, builders, and communities, one thing became obvious:
👉 A lot of people create real value.
👉 Very few have a clean way to earn from it.
Subscriptions feel heavy.
Content gates feel forced.
Most monetization tools don’t fit crypto-native culture at all.
So we built Backed.
A lightweight, on-chain support layer where people can back creators by minting simple support badges.
No subscriptions.
No content obligations.
No KYC.
No hype.
Just a simple signal: “I support what you’re building.”
This is about more than one product.
Web3 shouldn’t only reward speculation.
It should reward contribution.
Backed is our step toward fixing that.
