SEC seeks 8-10 year officer bans for former FTX executives Ellison, Wang, and Singh
The SEC has filed "final consent judgment" proposals to the SDNY court regarding Alameda's Caroline Ellison, FTX's Gary Wang, and Nishad Singh following the 2022 collapse.
Under the settlement, Ellison accepts a 10-year ban from serving as an officer or director of public companies, while Wang and Singh agree to 8-year bans. All three consented to the terms without denying the securities fraud allegations.
