This is called pure manipulation. when one whale or more control a coin. when everyone is shorting it they are injecting it pumping it up. sometimes I feel that the owners who dont want to rug pull do this for a coin to keep it legit. in the end we will all see it fall to $1. if this is not manipulating a coin- what is?
