Why $USTC not started moving Rapidly ?

I observed this reason,

Check below how much value given for USTC it is APR 3.9%

When it was on peek move i have seen it as +10% APR just for Stocking & Simply holding it.

When our promotors starts supporting with higher APR value than automatic rapid movement will occur on this USTC.

Until then, just keep eye on watching
