According to ChainCatcher, data from Arkham reveals that between 02:57 and 18:12, the TON Elector Contract received several large TON transfers totaling 13,950,377.7 TON from various anonymous addresses.
At 18:12, a transfer of 1,395,037.7 TON was made from an anonymous address starting with Uf9dLxEB to the TON Elector Contract. At 18:08, 1,562,845.05 TON was transferred from an address beginning with Ef_A6gks. At 18:05, another transfer of 1,562,846.99 TON came from an address starting with Ef_VwRQK, and simultaneously, 1,562,845.05 TON was sent from an address beginning with Ef8uH1yT. Earlier, at 18:04, 1,344,035.64 TON was transferred from an address starting with Ef9Copper.
