United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the world's richest man and technology entrepreneur Elon Musk met in an important meeting on Sunday, December 21, 2025. The meeting mainly discussed advanced technology and artificial intelligence (AI).
They talked about how these technologies can improve people's quality of life and contribute to global progress. Both sides agreed on the importance of international cooperation and how they can help each other in digital transformation. The meeting was also attended by Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed and Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed.
Elon Musk praised the UAE's progress in space research and technology. Musk was also seen visiting various places in Dubai with the Dubai Crown Prince on the same day.
