It is the moment when you stop asking what could be possible one day and start worrying about what might go wrong tomorrow. That is the place I was in when I first spent real time looking at Kite AI. I expected ambition, big language, and a lot of confidence about the future. What I found instead was restraint. Not the absence of vision, but the presence of limits.
