$50M disappeared on Ethereum. No hack. No exploit. No DeFi failure. Just social engineering.
A user needed to move $50M USDT. They followed a standard ops pattern:
Send a small test tx
Confirm receipt
Send the full amount
An attacker sent a 0.005 USDC dust transaction from a look-alike address.
Same prefix. Same suffix.

But a different wallet. Expected address: 0xBaFf2F13...86b08fB5
Attacker's address: 0xbaf4b1aF...B6495F8b5
The user copied the address from the transaction history.
$50M went to the attacker.
