Altcoins have all the right conditions in place right now:

- A pro-crypto political environment.

- Quantitative tightening coming to an end.

- Liquidity flowing back in from the Fed.

- The SEC moving toward clearer, more crypto-friendly regulation.

- ETF approvals.

- Growing institutional and banking involvement.

Yet despite all of this, alt prices keep sliding almost daily.
