$AT feels like one of those charts that rewards patience more than prediction. I’m not trying to guess bottoms here. I let price tell the story first. If it’s moving sideways, I treat it like noise and keep my hands off. No need to force trades just because it’s on the watchlist.

What catches my eye with$AT is when the selling pressure starts to weaken. Smaller red candles, bounces holding the same zone, and volume not dumping aggressively anymore. That’s usually the first hint that something might be changing. I don’t jump in right away, I wait for confirmation. A reclaim, a higher low, something that shows buyers actually want it.

When I do consider entries, I’m very clear about risk. Tight idea, small size, no overthinking. If it works, great. If it doesn’t, I’m out quickly and mentally fresh for the next setup. I’ve learned that protecting energy is just as important as protecting capital.
$AT T isn’t something I chase. I let it come to me. If the structure improves, I’ll pay attention. If not, I’m fine watching from the sidelines.
