According to ChainCatcher, Tom Lee, Chairman of BitMine and co-founder of Fundstrat, expressed optimism in a CNBC interview regarding the overall market trend. He stated that the recent market uptick is a positive sign for the year, enhancing the potential for the S&P 500 index to reach 7700 points. Lee noted that recent fluctuations in the financial, overall, and crypto markets partially reflect the impact of policy factors. Washington's efforts to cap credit card interest rates could disrupt the financial sector by limiting institutions' ability to offer credit to various consumers. However, the advancement of the Clarity Act is seen as beneficial for the crypto industry.

Lee highlighted that the crypto market suffered significant setbacks last October, but he anticipates a substantial recovery as time progresses and the market distances itself from the impact point. He remains optimistic about Bitcoin, predicting it could reach new all-time highs this year. Additionally, Lee holds a more favorable view of Ethereum, expecting its performance to surpass that of Bitcoin.
