Want to know what the 'whales' and 'smart money' are doing?
Stop listening to rumors!
Today I'll teach you how to see for yourself, super easy, just need hands!

Tool: Nansen (or on-chain tools recommended by Binance Research)
Core function: Smart Money tracking

Step 1: Open the 'Smart Money' panel
Listed here are wallet addresses marked as 'historically strong operations'. They may be funds, experts, or whales.

Step 2: Look at 'Recent Activities'
Focus on two points:

  • What have they bought recently? (Especially concentrated purchases)

  • Where did they get the goods from? (Withdrawing coins from CEX to wallet may indicate long-term holding; withdrawing from a certain protocol may indicate selling)

Step 3: Take a deeper look at a coin
For example, you notice several Smart Money wallets are buying AAVE.

  • Average purchase price: roughly where was the position built?

  • Position changes: is it a continuous accumulation or a one-time purchase?

  • Related actions: after buying, is it staked in a protocol for yield, or just left untouched?

Practical case:
Last week, I observed multiple Smart Money addresses withdrawing a large amount of MATIC from Binance to the Polygon chain.
Then, they staked these MATIC into a yield-generating protocol.
What is this signal?

  1. Not mentioning the coin is for selling, but for using.

  2. Staking is to earn returns, indicating they are optimistic about the Polygon ecosystem and plan to hold for at least a while.

  3. This is a medium to long-term bullish signal, not short-term speculation.

Your assignment:
Now open the tools and look for a Smart Money trend that interests you!
Then share your findings in the comments section, and let's interpret them together!
