LUNC just bounced from 0.000098 to 0.000077.
At first glance, it looks bad. But zoom in.
The sell-off didn't cause a collapse. It stopped. Suddenly. At 0.000077, buyers came in and said, "Not lower than this..."
In my opinion, this isn't weakness. It's absorption. The big players usually start accumulating when retail traders throw in the towel...
Here's what I'm watching...
1. 0.000077 is now short-term support. If we can hold above it for 2-3 daily closes, the path to 0.000098 will open up quickly.....
2. If we lose 0.000072 on volume, the idea of this "bottom" will be wrong and I'll exit. No hope for trading....
3. The burn rate is still active. If you push the community for a new burn proposal while the price is here, short positions will get squeezed.
I’m not fully invested. I'm stacking orders between 0.000078 - 0.000074. Stop loss under 0.000071. First target is 0.000095....
Cryptos are risky. Sharp spikes are followed by sharp drops. But right now, it seems the risk-reward ratio at this level is better than it was at 0.000098......
