It took me around 15–20 days to clean up my following list and remove inactive accounts. Some of them had been followed 3 years ago, and honestly, I had no idea why or under what circumstances I followed them in the first place. While going through the list, I found myself laughing at old memories. What surprised me even more was that many of those people had already unfollowed me long ago.
Names like Mari10, Ayesha Queen, Ayesha Siddique, Rehman, Abid Jani, and several others are now gone from my following list. Some disappeared completely, and I have no idea where they went. Today, after finally finishing the cleanup, I found myself remembering them and wondering how they're doing.
One thing I've learned is that life on Binance is very different from other social media platforms. Here, accounts are often just usernames. You rarely know who is behind them—their age, background, profession, location, or even whether they are male or female. We interact, support each other, and then sometimes people simply disappear.
No matter what, I believe people should be remembered, appreciated, and checked on whenever possible. Humanity is built on kindness, gratitude, and respect.
To all the old friends I've met along the way: I miss you all. If our paths ever cross again, you'll always be welcome.
I've seen many people come and go over the years, and Binance itself has disappointed me more than once. But despite everything, the memories, friendships, and experiences remain.
Today, after refreshing my following list, I feel a sense of peace. Now it's filled mostly with people whose work I know, whose content I follow, and whose posts bring value to me and my audience.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey. And to those I unfollowed, no hard feelings—if our paths align again in the future, I'm sure we'll reconnect.
