Morgan Stanley set a 0.14% annualized fee for its proposed spot Bitcoin ETF in an amended S-1 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The fee would place MSBT below Grayscale's 0.15% Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF and below BlackRock and Fidelity at 0.25%. The filing follows earlier amendments that named Coinbase and BNY Mellon and a NYSE listing notice earlier this week.
